Training Services

Getting Started
We will take you through the basics, from login to adding documents and
creating folders. Select from an online tour or download documentation at no
charge. We also offer 1 hour of free training to all new customers.
User training
From Getting Started to learning in depth the many document management and
collaboration features available with NetDocuments. We offer live, web-based
training where your people can access from any Internet-connected PC and a
phone or we can offer assistance in coming onsite to your offices and train
your end-users in a classroom setting.
Administrator training
How to add users, create user groups, create cabinets and folders and all the
ins and outs of custom profiling and searching.
Train the trainers
For larger organizations, we can train key people who will then go forward to
train all the users. We can come on site to your offices to perform this
training or we can do it through the Web in a series of live web meetings.

We have had experience converting documents from many different types of
client/server document management systems, including IManage, Hummingbird,
GroupWise, FileNet, etc.
From PCs and network drives
Use our utility software to upload documents from an existing foldering
hierarchy on your user's PCs or on shared internal network drives.
From paper to digital
We will guide you as the different scanning hardware and software to convert
paper documents to digital and import them into NetDocuments in either TIFF or
searchable PDF.
